Clugston, Keith Dale
December 27, 1959 - January 25, 2025

Keith Dale Clugston, 65, of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 25, 2025 surrounded by his family in his home.

Keith Clugston was born in Chambersburg, PA. on December 27, 1959, to the late Warren and Lois (Hertzler) Clugston. He is survived by his wife Deloris (Martin) Clugston who he married on April 5, 1980.

Keith was a member of Mountain View Mennonite Church and a pastor for 42 years. He was also involved in other ministries for many years including Sharon Mennonite Bible Institute and Mountain View Christian School. He was employed in the agriculture equipment business for nearly 50 years. Most recently he was employed by Cedar Crest Equipment of Myerstown, Pa. He spent 35 of those years in the John Deere business. Keith was very involved in the lives of many people in the local community, his church community, and around the world. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and tinkering with his tractors. Recently he was able to get his antique John Deere model M running again. Most importantly, Keith enjoyed sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He had the privilege of preaching in India and Haiti as well as across the United States and Canada.

Keith is survived by his daughters, Wendy (wife of Travis) Zook of Big Cove Tannery, Pa., Julie (wife of Keith) Nolt of Beavertown, Pa., Trenda (wife of Jared) Troyer of McConnellsburg, PA. sons, Wade (husband of Heidi) Clugston of McConnellsburg, PA., Trent (husband of Rhonda) Clugston of Fincastle, Va., and Jared (husband of Audrey) Clugston of Kurdistan, Iraq., sisters, Donna (wife of Gerald) Histand of Rome, Pa. Diane (wife of John) Histand of Rome, Pa. Maxine (wife of Lawrence) Weaver of Lahmansville, WV. Gail (wife of Robert) Weaver of Maysville, WV, brothers Rene (husband of Jennifer) Clugston of McConnellsburg, Pa., and Alan (husband of Doreene) Clugston of McConnellsburg, Pa. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren.

The family of Keith is hosting a viewing on January 29, 2025 from 3:00PM to 8:00PM at Needmore Bible Church, Needmore, PA.

Funeral services will be held on January 30, 2025, at 10:00am at Needmore Bible Church, Needmore Pa. with Mountain View Mennonite Church ministry officiating. There will also be an hour of viewing prior to the funeral service at the church. Internment will be at Mountain View Mennonite Church Cemetery, McConnellsburg, Pa. following the funeral services.

Keith requested the omission of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Keith Clugston to Mountain View Christian School. 20162 Great Cove Rd. McConnellsburg, Pa.

Eash, Stanley Lavon
September 25, 1952 - February 19, 1952

Stanley Lavon Eash, 72, of Ephrata, went to be with his Lord on February 19, 2025, peacefully at home. Born in Howell, Michigan on September 25, 1952, he was the son of Floyd Laverne and Eleanor Jean (Eicher) Eash. He married Brenda Sue (Shenk) on December 30, 1978 in Sarasota, Florida. They were faithfully married for 46 years.

Stan was a devoted husband, and loving father. He loved his family. He loved Gods Word. He wrote that he desired to leave a legacy to be known as one who loved Gods Word. I have all of Him and He has all of me. His favorite scripture verse was Colossians 3:17: And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, his brother, Eldon Eash, and unborn/stillborn grandchildren.

In addition to his wife Brenda, he is survived by 4 sons: Stephen Eash, Scott and Abigail (Einwechter) Eash, Shad and Carmen (Martin) Eash, Shane and Alyssa (Deiter) Eash; 10 grand-children: Lewis, Earnest, Boaz, Bowen, Bethea, Shawn, Amity, Elijah, Kathryn, & Martin Eash; and 4 siblings: Margaret, wife of Gary Hall, Mary, wife of Tim Winkelman, Jonathan, husband of Marla Eash, and David, husband of Jodi Eash.

The viewing will be on March 1, 2025 from 9:00 am -11:00 am at East Petersburg Mennonite Church. The funeral will be held the same day at 11:00 am, burial and meal to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Stanleys name may be made to Answers in Genesis or Align Life Ministries.

Eberly, Floy M.
November 11, 1934 - January 24, 2025

Floy M. Eberly, 90, of Stevens, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24, 2025, at her home. She was under hospice care. She was born November 11, 1934, in West Cocalico Township to the late Norman M. and Cora M. (Martin) Eberly.

Floy was a member of Springville Mennonite Church, Weaverland Conference.

She was employed in many different homes as a cleaning lady. She also cleaned for some years at the Stevens Post Office and the Stevens Feed Mill.

Floy is survived by three sisters, Cathrine M. Eberly, with whom she resided, Norma M., wife of Norman H. Burkholder of Denver, PA and Cora M. Sensenig of Denver, PA; 15 nieces and nephews and many great and great-great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Elsie Eberly; a sister, Caroline M. Eberly; a brother, Clarence M. Eberly; a brother-in-law, Mervin M. Sensenig; a niece, Lillian E. Sensenig and a nephew, Glenn E. Sensenig.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from 5 to 8 PM, at Middle Creek Reception Center, 520 Route 897, Reinholds, PA 17569. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 9:30 AM, with Bishop Melvin Martin officiating.

Eberly, Hilda F. Lehman
January 21, 1933 - February 24, 2025

Hilda F. Eberly, 92, of Richland, passed away on Monday February 24, 2025 at Richland Christian Home. Born in Jackson township, Lebanon county, she was the daughter of the late Jesse A. and Candidus P. Lehman. She was married 64 years to the late Henry M. Eberly.

Hilda was a homemaker and encouraged many with her cheerfulness. She was happiest when surrounded by her family. Hilda was a member of the Fairview Mennonite Church of the Weaverland Conference.

Hilda is survived by 9 children: Lucille wife of Wilmer Martin of Denver; Glenn husband of Dorene (Marks) Eberly of Newmanstown; Henry husband of Susan (Putt) Eberly of Myerstown; Mabel wife of Roy Sensenig of Nottingham; Carl husband of Darlene (Good) Eberly of Robesonia; Joan wife of Roy Oberholtzer of Myerstown; Dale husband of June (Litzenberger) Eberly of Fredericksburg; Philip husband of Joyce (Burkholder) Eberly of Myerstown; Rachel wife of Kenneth High of Lititz; 45 grandchildren: 132 great-grandchildren; and 3 great great-grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law: Minerva Lehman wife of the late Jesse Lehman and Mary Jane Lehman wife of the late Mark Lehman.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by 2 daughters Minerva Eberly and Fay Burkholder wife of Nevin Burkholder (Mim High); a daughter-in-law Kathy Eberly; a granddaughter: Sonya Eberly; a grandson-in-law Bruce Weaver husband of Sherry Weaver; 2 great-grandsons Kaden Rutt and Landon Rutt; 2 sisters Stella wife of the late Aaron Martin and Abraham Martin; Gladys wife of the late Raymond Hoover; 6 brothers: Luke Lehman husband of the late Mabel Buckwalter; Aaron Lehman husband of the late Grace Good; Peter Lehman husband of the late Mary Huber; Joseph Lehman husband of the late Dorothy Hoffman; Jesse Lehman and Mark Lehman.

The Eberly Family wishes to express our thanks to Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospice and Hospice and Community Care and the staff of Richland Christian Home for their compassionate care as we traveled through this journey.

Viewing will be Sunday March 2, 2025 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm in the Middle Creek Mennonite Fellowship Center 520 West Route 897, Reinholds, PA 17569. Funeral will be Monday March 3, 2025 at 9:30 am in the Fairview Mennonite Church 111 Elco Dr., Myerstown, PA 17067. Interment will be the adjoining cemetery. Please omit flowers. The Clauser Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Ebersole, Mary Irene Nolt
November 28, 1934 - January 13, 2025

Mary Irene (Nolt) Ebersole, 90, of Lancaster, formerly of New Holland and Leola passed away on January 13, 2025 at Trillium Place. Born in Ephrata, She was the daughter of the late Milton and Margie Nolt. She was the wife of the late Andrew H. Ebersole, and they were married for 68 years at the time of his death in 2023.

Irene was an active member of Forest Hills Mennonite Church since 1958 where she was church secretary for 25 years. She also volunteered in the office at Woodcrest Villa for a number of years after they moved there in 2002.

Surviving are; daughters, Vickie wife of Ken Chambers , Ontario, Canada, Sheila wife of David Cooper, Ephrata; eight grandsons; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Wilmer husband of Doris Nolt, Ella Mae wife of George Murray, Betty wife of Marvin Sauder, John husband of Lois Nolt, Dorcas wife of Philip Benner, Eugene husband of Rose Nolt, Barbara wife of Larry Herr, Brenda wife of the late Jesse High; sister-in-law, Dorothy Nolt; brother-in-law, Robert Wyble and many nieces and nephews.

Irene was preceded in death by: son, Kevin Andrew Ebersole; daughter, Karen Wisniewski; gran-ddaughter, Lindsay Cooper; brothers, Ira and Elvin Nolt; sisters, Evelyn Horning and Naomi Wyble; step-mother Martha Nolt.

The memorial service will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Forest Hills Mennonite Church, 100 Quarry Road, Leola, PA. The family will greet friends and family after the service. The burial in Eby Cemetery will be private.
